ReqView Synchronizer for linux

Actually Linux terminal probably already does have most of all what's needed for sync (cron & bash scripts) but script or program to refer. Also recommend to do this for official Debian GNU/Linux stable, as in that case (if enough standard are followed), an huge amount of its derivatives (like Ubuntu) should have possibility to run it to with out too much hassle.

In case of Debian and it's derivatives, by default, if user's home dir contains folder named 'bin', and that folder does contain an runable script or application, it's easy for user do call and launch it via terminal.

But in this case it probably should be renamed to something like: reqview_sync or something, to avoid conflicts and confusion with other (perhaps system) commands.
