You can export the current ReqView document into MS Word HTML choosing one of two predefined MS Word export templates, one with book and the second with table layout. The exported MS Word HTML preserves the columns displayed in the requirements table and optionally also filter and sorting. You can then open the exported HTML file in MS Word or insert it into an existing Word document. For more information see Export to HTML / Import to MS Word documentation section.
You can fully customize layout or visual style of the exported requirements by creating a custom export template. For instance, you can create a nice multi-level traceability report displaying coverage of your high level user requirements. For more information see Custom Export Templates.
